Tickets will be sold Wednesday from 2:30-5 p.m. in the Montview Student Union

Liberty University's Student Government Association (@libertyusga) is selling tickets this week for its Christmas Gala on Dec. 2.
Students may purchase tickets in the Montview Student Union Wednesday from 2:30-5 p.m. or in the SGA office. Tickets are $5 for one person or $70 for a table of 8 people.
The gala will be 7:30-9 p.m. in the DeMoss Grand Lobby, according to a post on the SGA Instagram. The event will include live music and food, and all are welcome to attend. Students are encouraged to dress in formal attire.

This will be SGA's fourth gala, but it is the first time it will incorporate a Christmas theme. According to SGA Director of Events Katherine Alford, the idea behind this event is to get students in the Christmas Spirit before entering into finals week and leaving school for the semester.
"Dressing up, listening to music, eating food, and laughing with friends are just a few of the reason I would recommend this gala to students," said Alford. "While the stress of finals and homework can overwhelm us throughout our college careers it is important for us to remember we also need times to invest in our friendship and take advantage of the fun activities going on around campus."
